The team arrived in Jaipur and were greeted by the hosts in D3050 with beautiful garlands and colourful wedding invitations. Each team member was taken to their respective hosts for the remainder of the day where great company and a vast array of traditional Indian dishes were enjoyed. Many interesting and informative discussions ensued on the topics of our cultures, vocations, travel and daily lives. To have the privilege of staying in a family’s home here in Jaipur is such a wonderful and insightful opportunity; allowing us to understand different cultures, make new long lasting friendships and enjoy superb (and spicy!) food. Tomorrow we are attending a Royal Indian Wedding and we cannot wait. What a fantastic beginning to our trip!
